Our largest Classic grand piano, the C 213, is inspired by the design characteristics of our full-size Konzert grand piano, the K 280. Key elements of the ‘sound system’ in the middle and treble sections, as well as the action from the K 280, have been incorporated into the C 213. This integration bestows the C 213 with the tonal character and touch of our large concert grand piano.
This innovative approach has been applied consistently across all our grand piano models, down to the smallest, making it unique in the piano world. Each Schimmel grand piano thus contains a piece of our full-size concert grand’s excellence. We manufacture three grand piano sizes in our Classic series, collectively known as ‘the unique Schimmel Trilogy.’
